By providing your phone number to ElectroSquad LLC — when scheduling work, requesting
a quote, or otherwise giving us your number — you agree to receive text messages from
us related to your vehicle service, work order, appointments, payment links, and
similar shop business.

STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you reply
STOP, we will not send you further text messages unless
you re-opt-in by contacting us directly.

Message rates and frequency
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile
carrier may be charged for each message you receive or send.
- Frequency of messages may vary depending on your interactions with
our shop. We typically text only when there's something to communicate about your
job — status updates, ready notifications, payment links, appointment reminders,
or follow-ups on a quote request.
- ElectroSquad LLC and your mobile carrier are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages.
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

ElectroSquad LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise distribute your
personal information — including your phone number, email, address, or vehicle
information — to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.
Information collected from text-message opt-ins is used only to communicate
with you about your service with us. It is never shared with other businesses or
used for promotional purposes outside of ElectroSquad LLC.
The only narrow exceptions where information may leave our system are:
- Service providers we use to operate the shop — for example, our
payment processor (Square) to handle invoice payments, or our SMS gateway to
actually deliver text messages. These providers are contractually bound to use your
data only to provide the service to us, not for their own marketing.
- Legal requirements — if compelled by valid legal process such as a
court order or subpoena, or to protect against fraud or illegal activity.
What Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to perform the services you ask us to provide:

- Vehicle details — year, make, model, VIN, odometer, photos taken
at intake.
- Service history — estimates, invoices, parts and labor records,
payment records.
- Communication history — text messages and call logs related to
your service.

- To communicate with you about your vehicle, including status updates, ready
notifications, and payment links.
- To process payments and provide receipts and invoices.
- To keep accurate records for warranty, dispute resolution, and tax purposes as

How We Protect Your Data
Customer records are stored in our internal shop management system on a private,
access-controlled server. Access is limited to ElectroSquad personnel who need it to
perform their job. Payment card information is processed directly by our payment
processor (Square) and is not stored on our systems.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying
STOP.
- You can ask us to send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or
to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the information below. We will
respond within a reasonable time and at no charge for routine requests.
- If you no longer want us to retain your contact details for future service, let us
know and we'll remove them from our active records (subject to record-keeping
obligations such as tax law).
